Where do I find my code? +

Your registration code is printed on the front of your Amazon registration card. It follows the format SCRV-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. You can also find it in your email receipt if you purchased the digital version.

Can I activate on multiple devices? +

Yes, one registration code can be activated on up to 2 devices. This allows you to use Scrivar on both your primary and secondary computer. If you need to activate on a third device, you can deactivate on an existing device first.

What if my code doesn't work? +

Make sure you're typing the code correctly in the SCRV-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format. If you continue to have issues, contact our support team at support@scrivar.com and we'll help you activate your license right away.
